Full rehabilitation of a building comprising four floors above ground level and one below, located within the Urban Rehabilitation Area and the Baixa Pombalina Safeguard Plan. The development comprises twelve apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom units, along with commercial spaces on the ground and lower levels.

The works encompass the building's recovery with structural reinforcement through a combination of sprayed concrete, steel and timber. Key elements include the installation of a new lift core, the construction of rear façade balconies, and the preservation of original architectural features present in the barrel-vaulted ceilings and façades.
