Beelt has completed the total rehabilitation of the São Bento building in Lisbon for the real estate developer Trirhena. Designed by the architecture studio Saraiva + Associados, the building, comprising five apartments and a retail space, now gains new functionality and comfort.

October welcomed the second edition of Beelt Together, a moment of reflection and collaboration that brought together team members from different areas of the company. Beelt – Engineering and Construction was selected as the contractor to carry out the rehabilitation and expansion of one of the spaces at the historic Quinta da Alorna in Almeirim, a landmark with more than 300 years of history in Portugal’s winemaking sector.

Beelt has completed the full rehabilitation of a mixed-use residential and commercial building in Mouraria, Lisbon. The four-level project, developed under challenging logistical conditions, required meticulous planning and close coordination between teams.

Beelt – Engenharia e Construção was selected as the general contractor for the renovation of two Lisbon buildings, Paço da Rainha and Casa Amarela. Despite being rehabilitation projects, they involve full interior demolition and new mixed structures of rolled steel and LSF on reinforced concrete foundations.

Beelt has completed the full rehabilitation of a historic villa over 70 years old, located in the center of Alcochete. The project transformed the property into four apartments, including a duplex, combining modernity with authenticity.

Beelt has been awarded the structural phase of the rehabilitation of the Fernandes Tomás building, located in the heart of Lisbon. The project, designed by the studio MA.TERIA. Architecture Solutions, is part of a broader urban rehabilitation initiative.
