Beelt has completed the total rehabilitation of the São Bento building in Lisbon for the real estate developer Trirhena. Designed by the architecture studio Saraiva + Associados, the building, comprising five apartments and a retail space, now gains new functionality and comfort.

October welcomed the second edition of Beelt Together, a moment of reflection and collaboration that brought together team members from different areas of the company. During this gathering, teams analyzed Beelt’s present and envisioned its future in an exercise of dialogue and cooperation that strengthens our organizational culture.

Beelt – Engineering and Construction was selected as the contractor to carry out the rehabilitation and expansion of one of the spaces at the historic Quinta da Alorna in Almeirim, a landmark with more than 300 years of history in Portugal’s winemaking sector.

Beelt has completed the full rehabilitation of a mixed-use residential and commercial building in Mouraria, Lisbon. The four-level project, developed under challenging logistical conditions, required meticulous planning and close coordination between teams.
