JAGUIAR
Located on one of Lisbon’s main thoroughfares, this 1940s apartment underwent a complete rehabilitation that preserved original architectural elements such as doors, moldings, and flooring.
The intervention stood out for its meticulous attention to detail. In the kitchen, twenty-three pieces of Moleanos stone in thirteen different sizes were applied to align wall cladding, flooring, and cabinetry. In the corridor, a polyurethane cornice was carefully shaped to follow the curvature of the space, while the transition between the bedroom and laundry area was resolved with a custom-made skirting board, ensuring visual continuity and harmony between spaces.
