Casa Amarela, located within the consolidated urban fabric of Lisbon, will undergo an intervention that preserves only the main façade and two stair cores.

The new structure will give rise to a five-storey building above ground, including attic spaces on the top level, nine residential units, and a swimming pool in the outdoor area. Although classified as a rehabilitation project, its execution will be largely based on new construction, involving the complete demolition of the buildings’ interiors and the preservation of the most significant architectural elements.
