The intervention includes a new metal structure, a mansard roof, and the reconstruction of the rear façade, now featuring balconies for all apartments. The main façade will be restored, maintaining its existing character. The project stands out for the integration of structural reinforcement and rehabilitation, consolidating the building for a new cycle of use.
