Beelt will renovate a building in Lisbon
The real estate developer Trirhena has hired Beelt to carry out the full renovation of a building in São Bento, Lisbon. The building will be transformed into a residential development.
The project involves a comprehensive intervention, including the complete rehabilitation of the existing structure, installation of a new roof, and a full redesign of the building’s interior.
Designed by Saraiva e Associados, the plan includes four T2 apartments, one T1 apartment, and a small retail space. Beelt was appointed as the general contractor for its proven execution capabilities and commitment to quality, with an 18-month construction timeline.
