History is being restored in Almeirim: Beelt begins a new project at Quinta da Alorna

Beelt – Engineering and Construction was selected as the contractor to carry out the rehabilitation and expansion of one of the spaces at the historic Quinta da Alorna in Almeirim, a landmark with more than 300 years of history in Portugal’s winemaking sector.

The project focuses exclusively on one of the estate’s buildings, which will be transformed into a new events venue and an institutional showcase for Quinta da Alorna.

Designed by the studio Miguel Lopo de Carvalho Arquitectos, the project involves a careful intervention that combines rehabilitation techniques with new construction, ensuring continuity with the architectural language of the existing building.
