Comprehensive rehabilitation of a two-hectare property in Sesimbra, comprising the main house, an annex, and a swimming pool, with a total built area of 325 m². The intervention includes the reconstruction of the rear façade, new concrete pillars and slabs, and the rehabilitation of the main façade and upper floor, ensuring structural stability and coherence with the original construction.

The layout of the main house will be reconfigured, with roof adjustments to increase ceiling height and enhance natural light. Drainage and insulation solutions will be implemented on the ground floor to ensure thermal comfort and durability. The exterior will be transformed into a leisure area with a support house and deck.
