The full rehabilitation of this two-storey apartment included the reconfiguration of the spaces and the integration of the patio into the interior, creating a new living and leisure area. The intervention encompassed the renovation of all infrastructures and the construction of a mezzanine with an extension of the existing balcony.

Original elements, such as the pine flooring, were preserved, while new details were introduced to enhance the character of the space, including decorative mouldings, glazed tiles, encaustic cement tiles, and Santa Catarina terracotta flooring laid in a herringbone pattern outdoors. The tile-clad tank became the focal point of the exterior area.
