In the heart of the traditional Alvalade neighbourhood, a 1950s apartment gains new life. Its full rehabilitation preserved the original architectural essence and character while undergoing a thorough transformation across all disciplines.

The existing carpentry was restored, and new pieces were developed to replicate the period’s original designs and mouldings.
