In Oeiras, the full rehabilitation of the Moreira d’Rey property marks the complete transformation of a house and its surrounding grounds. The intervention includes a new reinforced concrete structure, a total reconfiguration of the interior layout, the reconstruction of façades, and the creation of a flat accessible roof designed for outdoor use.

The previously uneven plot will be reshaped, and the construction of retaining walls will stabilize the terrain and support a new structural slab, which will serve as the base for a future swimming pool on the upper level of the site.
