Simple Vilamoura: construction begins on 5 villas

Another project has just started in the Algarve, fully developed by Beelt. Beelt was selected by the developer Lusoproa for the full construction of 5 villas, each with a basement and two above-ground floors, totaling approximately 1,400 m² of gross floor area, in a project called Simple Vilamoura.

The project involves the construction of 5 villas, including excavation and earthworks, reinforced concrete structure, interior and exterior finishes, MEP installations, swimming pools, and landscaping, delivered fully built and equipped to the client.

The construction timeline is 16 months, with completion expected by the end of the first quarter of 2024.
