Rehabilitation and extension of a building in Príncipe Real, Lisbon, with a strong new-build component. The project involves the complete demolition of the existing internal structure and the construction of a new reinforced-concrete frame, increasing the building from three to five storeys, including a mansard level. The main façade will be fully upgraded, expressing a contemporary architectural character.

The development delivers an exclusive collection of five apartments, with one- and three-bedroom layouts and high-quality finishes, including a private outdoor area with a garden and swimming pool. At the rear facade, generous balconies with large glazed openings extend the living spaces, strengthening the relationship between indoors and outdoors and offering a new perspective on the neighborhood.
