Rehabilitation and reconstruction of a building located on Colina de Santana, Lisbon. The front and rear façades will be preserved and restored, integrated with a new three-story structure housing six residential units, including a duplex on the top floor, and a redesigned exterior courtyard.

The intervention combines heritage rehabilitation with new construction, involving the complete demolition of the interiors and the execution of new structures and foundations. The project ensures the recovery of the most significant architectural elements while adapting the building to current technical and functional requirements.
