Rehabilitation of a residential building in Lisbon, comprising four two-bedroom apartments (T2), one studio apartment (T0), and a retail space. The intervention included the reinforcement of the peripheral walls using micro-concrete, the construction of a new steel structure, the implementation of fire-resistant solutions, and the creation of a new vertical access with an elevator.

The details showcase a strong presence of lioz limestone, in a project that combines the preservation of the building’s original architectural identity with the introduction of contemporary solutions that ensure its durability and long-term value.
