Comprehensive rehabilitation of a four-story building in Mouraria, comprising three studio apartments and a ground-floor shop. The intervention included structural reinforcement with metal elements, micro-concrete projection, the implementation of fire-resistant solutions, and careful management of the site’s logistical constraints.

The project combined the preservation of the building’s architectural identity with contemporary solutions, standing out for the restoration of façades and common areas, and the use of Lioz stone in key points of the building.
